Hyderabad Tango Club in association with Abrazo Tango brings you this exciting and fun filled tango workshop.
This is second time Kruti Gandhi Sarda is visiting us along with Ajinkya Deshpande. Workshop in open to beginners, however if you are a complete beginner we recommend you to come to our free demo classes on 30 June o 6- 7:30 PM at Alt Space Heart Cup. Or on 7th July 100Feet studio, Madhapur, 4 - 6 PM

Friday 12th July:

Saturday 13th July(venue Heart Cup Cafe. HCC Alt-Space):
10 am - Registration.
10:30 am - 12.30 pm: Basic Technique class
12:30 pm - 2.30 pm : Lunch break
2.30 pm - 4.30 pm : Ocho combinations and giros/ Barridas
7pm - 11pm: Themed Milonga with a performance by Kruti and Ajinkya.
Sunday 14th July(venue Heart Cup Cafe. HCC Alt-Space):
10am - 11: Basic Technique for Improvers
11 - 12:30 : Introduction of Sacadas and Boleos
12:30 pm - 2:30 : Lunch break
2:30 - 4 pm : Ladies Embellishments / Mens Technique
4pm - 6pm Guided Practica with spontaneous group input
6pm - 9pm Open Dancing
Fees structure:
Price: INR 1600 per day; special price for participating in the full 2 day/ 12 h + program: INR 2800
Entry to Milonga is free so bring your friends for performance on Saturday.

About teachers:
Kruti has been teaching tango for over 2 years now. Her school is called Abrazo Tango. She believes in creating a clear understanding of Technique as the basis of tango and inculcate the sensitivity with which the art form is to be approached. She has a knack of simplifying things and has a keen eye for detail. She understands the body dynamics required for a great connection and works on them using embrace, and posture. She is very enthusiastic about spreading the joy of tango.
Her tango journey includes many countries like Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, America and Dubai. She has learnt from teachers like Sebastian Jimenez, Javier Rodriguez, Joana Gomes, Fatima Vitale, Gustavo Naviera, Ariadna Naviera, Los totis, Chicho Frumboli, Moira Castellano , Sebastian Achaval, Roxanna Suarez amongst others..
Ajinkya has been dancing tango since 2014. He focuses on having the right tools - technique, musicality and embrace- to express different types of music.
Ajinkya's tango is heavily influenced by Javier Rodriguez (and Fatima Vitale) and Sebastian Jeminez (and Joana Gomez). Besides them has also learned from Ruben and Sabrina Veliz, Marianna and Vaggelis, Georgia Priskou and Loukas Balokas, Bruno Tombari among other. He is also one of Kruti’s first students.
FYI:
Dance partner is NOT necessary, we will form couples among participants.
If you do not have dance shoes, get a pair of socks.
For Milonga or Tango social dress as close to theme as possible.
