Agile Planning: Plan releases for the class project and learn the following concepts.
What is incremental and iterative delivery?

Iteration 4: Getting it Done

Running a Sprint: Run a Sprint end to end for the class project and learn the following

DailyScrum: Inspecting and adapting continously during Sprint.
Sprint Review: Testing assumptions sooner.
