Mr.KJA Swarup

Mr. Swarup is an HR professional with over 35 years of experience, 20 of which is in the Learning and Development space. He had worked with reputed organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and ITC in senior management capacities heading the Learning & OD function.

He is specialized in leading business excellence initiatives, performance management, leadership development, training middle & senior level managers, competency frameworks and competency assessments. He spearheads capacity building initiatives in human resources with a focus on strategic leadership for senior managers. He currently holds workshops on HR Analytics and Big Data for various corporates and teaches the same at NMIMS.

Mr. Swarup is also a visiting faculty at the School of Informatics and Management, Osmania University Campus and a past secretary for NHRD – Hyderabad chapter.


Dr. G.Raj Kumar

Dr Raj, CEO of HR Footprints Management Services Pvt Ltd, comes with over 32 years of professional experience which includes academic, research, consulting and corporate stints.  He advises many organisations including ISB and coaches many senior management members and promoters. He is also an adjunct faculty at IIM, Indore and SP Jain School of Global Management in Singapore and Dubai. He is also a Certified Leadership Grid Facilitator by Grid Consultants, USA and Certified Appreciative Coach by Fielding University, USA. 

He facilitated hundreds of programs and seminars, and had the privilege of interacting with thousands of participants across various sections of the society. His areas of interest include organisation building, change management, leadership development, team alignment and business-oriented HR initiatives. He has written several articles, blogs and case stories in these areas. He has also co-authored a book on “Quantitative Analysis for Managerial Decision Making”
