Varanasi, also known as Banaras or Kashi, is a place. At first, when you step into the city, you would want to get away. But stay, and after a few days, the moment you step out, you will realize something. The magic of learning lies in Varanasi. This place is a combination of metaphysical and supernatural elements.
If you read the Shiva Triology, You would very much want to visit this place! The major attractions here are Ganga aarti at the river Ganges, Vishwanath Temple, Sarnath is yet another mesmerizing place with a Buddhist touch to it. It’s the first place, Lord Buddha started preaching his enlightenment techniques. Also, thesre are many stupas and Asokan pillars in Sarnath. Then there is the Ramnagar fort at the banks of Ganges which has vintage American cars to weapony sections and jewel studded chairs. A must visit!

Day 1:
Pick up from airport, drop at the hotel, get freshened up, take some rest and get prepared for a Magical Ganga Aarti at the river Banks of Holy Ganges
Get professional tips photographing in low light
After the aartti, stroll around the Kaashi Ghats, see some culture, lure in some spiritual air
Go back to hotel, sleep
Day 2:
Early Morning sunrise Boat ride in the river Ganges, capture some nice landscapes. If you would like a holy dip in the river, you may.
Come back to hotel, freshen up, set out to the Famous Vishwanath Mandir, Kalabhairav Mandir and drive to Sarnath. Sarnath is the first place Gowtham Buddha chose to preach Vipasana meditation. Have Lunch on the way.
Day 3
Early morning 9 am visit to Ramnagar fort and Museum, a very ancient construction at the banks of river Ganga. On the way back, have lunch, stroll on the Banarasi streets for a while, street photography, leave for th hotel
