Srini, as he is popularly known - is a certified Image Management Consultant and Soft Skills trainer. He has worked in leadership positions in well-known companies in the corporate sector for over 30 years. He started his career in the Machine Tools Division of Widia (India) which is now Kennametal India. He then worked for the Maini Group both in their Automotive and Aerospace Divisions as General Manager. He joined Volvo Group (India) Pvt. Ltd. and served as Chief Project Manager and Director of the Project Office.

A Mechanical Engineer by training, he is also a PMI Certified Project Manager, a Certified Purchasing Manager, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, a soon-to-be Hypnotherapist, an avid blogger, a health enthusiast and a mentor and coach to less privileged students.

He loves to teach and offers high-quality training both for groups and on a personal basis on a broad range of topics including Personal Branding, Public Speaking, Managing Interpersonal Relationships, Negotiation Skills, Interview Skills, Personality Transformation, Time and Stress Management, and Transactional Analysis.
