Delhi Children Film Festival (DCFF).
Cine Darbaar and Children Film Society of India are organizing Delhi Children Film Festival. The 1st ever film festival for children to celebrate cinema among the youth targeted for age group 9 to 17.
The festival will showcase a number of children films and a wholesome range of activities and workshops will be organized for children like Script Writing, Cinematography, Directors tools, Acting Methodology from industry experts and luminaries.
Our festival will also run 8 feature films from the children film society catalogue such as Charandas Chor, Krish Trish and Balti Boys, Sunshine barry and Disco worms. Furthermore, we will be running quizzes and competitions during the festival and winners will be receiving certificates. The festival will also showcase a short film titled The Danish Poet by Torril Kove from Canada on which a review writing competition will be held among the children.
All the activities are free of cost, no tickets or invitation cards are required. It would be an invaluable and a rare experience for children to participate in this unique endeavour that will be enriching in creating a world view. It will also add an important foundation for learning the soft power and skill development in the world of media, cinema and culture.
