Shree Ganesh Nayak is Hatha Yoga Teacher(Yoga Institute) & (Yogacara Healing Arts). He practices Iyengar form of Yoga as well.
He is also a Dance Movement Therapy practioner at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
He is experienced in therapeutic Yoga and teaching Cancer patient survivors.
Shree Ganesh regularly conducts Yoga classes & retreats for corporates & sports.
About the workshop:
The workshop will be an Introduction to Classical Hatha Yoga & Hatha Vinyasa.In this workshop, students will get the opportunity to experience series specially designed by Shree Ganesh based on intuitive & kinesthetic experiences for one those who haven't experienced it before.
