Customer Centered Selling is a unique sales method constructed and based on the research of Robert Jolles, the author of "Customer Centered Selling".
During Customer Centered Selling training, salespeople discover that how to speak with client. Not about the product and its benefits, but about the client and his current background. Salespeople will learn what is client's level of interest in the purchase, and subsequently adjust the sales conversation to correspond to that particular level.
