Scrum is not a process or a technique for building products; rather, it is a framework within which you can employ various processes and techniques. Scrum makes clear the relative efficacy of your product management and development practices so that you can improve.

Participants who complete the two day classroom workshop will be required, within 90 days of course date, to take an online, 35 multiple choice questions (Min Passing 24), upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive official designation of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance, along with one year membership of Scrum Alliance.
