Prenatal Yoga: Yoga sessions and exercise to encourage relaxation and strengthening of the muscles ensuring easy pregnancy and labor.
Nutrition In Pregnancy: A sound knowledge of how eating habits during these nine months impact your baby physically, emotionally and spiritually, paves the path for a positive and healthy pregnancy.
Divine Labor: Learn to develop a mind-body-soul connections and step on this joyous and blissful journey for an easy labor, and smooth delivery.
Session will be supported by information documentaries, relaxation videos and meditation commentaries. To be followed by lunch ₹2000/- (all inclusive)
