Mind Charts: Easy memorization through visualization.

Disney Model: Cognitive strategies to improve creativity.

Perceptual position: Thinking from different points of view in communication, negotiation and problem solving.

Time-Line Concept: How we record events in life so that we can remove beliefs and stressful memories of the past and create the future we want.

Brain-gym: Body movements such as in juggling to fine-tune our brain.

Effect of Music: How music can influence the creation of an ideal state of mind.

Introduction to NLP

Communication model: How we take in and edit information to form perceptions and the effect it has on our behaviour.

Language: How our expressions are influenced by our preferred sense (Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic).

Eye accessing cues: How to detect and calibrate the effect of our communication by noticing the non verbal responses of the recipient.

Rapport skills: Ability to relate easily to others. Uses, effects and how to acquire them.

Anchoring: A user-friendly version of conditioned reflex to get ourselves into a desired state.

Well-formed (organised) outcome: To let us know what we want in clear sensory based terms and its applications.

Neurological levels: Understanding our subjective experience at different levels of thinking.

About The Facilitator

The training programmes are lead by Dr A Abraham, MD, Director-Training, Life Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Licensed Practitioner in IEMT. He has had his training in UK and Australia, has authored two books and published several articles on NLP. He has been mentor to and provided relevant expertise to students doing PhD in NLP and various fields.
