About The Event

About the Workshop

Microsoft Office Project 2007 is a widely used Project Management software program. However, due to lack of training and knowledge, only very few Project Management professionals use MS Project to its full extent. This workshop will help current and future project leaders and managers in using Microsoft Project 2007 for planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of the projects. The objective of the workshop is to introduce to the participants, the capabilities and functions of MS-Project Professional.

Take Away

Participants will know important features of Microsoft Project 2007 Professional and how to use them in different process groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control and Closure) of the project. With this training, they will be able to manage their projects more effectively. We also provide post training support to help participants in using the tool or enhancing the knowledge further.

Who can attend?

Project Leaders, Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Delivery Heads, Project Directors  and any one practicing project management and interested in using Microsoft Project 2007 for efficient execution of the projects. A familiarity with the project management concepts and MS-Office 2007 (like Excel) will be helpful. Prior knowledge of MS Project is not a must.
