One of the main reasons why a manager gets stressed if the job delegated to the subordinate is not completed in time and the productivity is not up to the expectation. In most cases manager blames the subordinates. One of the main reasons for not getting the desired result is the lack of effective communication skills. You know very well it’s not what you communicate but how you communicate plays the major role in every relationship.

One of its biggest challenges the corporate sector in India facing is the stress management.

‘Stress and burnout’ is one of the most significant aspects of 21st century manpower. According ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) 65 million people were affected by hypertension in 2008 and that in the years ahead it was likely to see a quantum leap of over 135 million to touch a figure of 200 million


Our trouble is not ignorance but inaction, the truth is that we are information overload.
