She has 10 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development.
Most part of her experience was spent in various work industries like Service, Educational, IT and the ITeS Industries. Her sole concentration was on training the team members in various skills Behavioral and Soft Skills, requisite for providing maximum throughput in their respective roles by means of effective communication and showcasing technical expertise as she strongly believes that an individual is the one who embodies and greatly contributes to the work culture & growth of the Organization.
It is her constant endeavor to share and implement her knowledge and experience with all to enhance personal growth, a quality that automatically attracts professional growth.
