His biggest assignments have been in senior management levels in the office automation sector as Executive Director with Xerox , as CEO and Sr Vice President in Telecom sector with Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications and has also had a share of HR recruitment/ HR consulting with a $22 bn U.S based MNC called Manpower Inc.

He comes with strong Direct Sales , Retail and Channel Distribution experience along Marketing ,Operations , Profit Centre Management and aggressive start up experiences . He currently is a Business Strategy Management Consultant and Mentor focused on the Start up and SME sector to give back his learnings and experiences .

Mr.Shyamendra Narain: (Mumbai & Pune Workshop)
Shyamendra Narain comes with a professional career that has spanned over 24 years across 4 Industries. He has worked with Corporates & Industry leaders across product categories, sectors and locations .

In his current assignment, he serves as the CEO of Magickwoods where he looks after international exports and Indian market development of the Canadian company.Prior to this, he has worked in senior management levels in companies like Tata Motors, TVS Motors, Titan Industries, Castrol, BP Plc, Tata batteries etc. in India and abroad.He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur & Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is a specialist in P&L management,Marketing, Strategy setting, Business development & Negotiation.

Mr.Ravi Narayan: (Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore workshop)

Ravi Narayan is CEO and Co- Founder of MentorSquare. MentorSquare is a global business network of highly successful entrepreneurs and business professionals who are actively committed to helping SMEs and start-ups experience business success.
