is a Principal with Professional Skills Development (PSD),the Behavioural Competency Development unit with Education and Research (E&R). She joined Infosys
Technologies Ltd and is currently looking after Branding,Processes and Training Effectiveness for PSD. She has a total of nineteen years of professional experience, which include 14 years in Learning and Development. She worked at international institutes such as Sylvius Laboratories, University of Leiden, The Netherlands, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, USA. Her last assignment was with Wipro Spectramind, Kolkata. Her core competencies are Content Design and Development, Soft Skills, Behavioural Training, Instructional Design and Assessment.
Professor Lekha Sishta, Management Consultant, is hopeful of nurturing and grooming young managers for tomorrow. She won the 2008 HR Manager of the Year Award from Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) and the Pride of HR, an Excellence Award by AsiaPac HR Congress, and more recently, was awarded the Woman Super Achiever award in 2009 by the World HR Congress. She owes the recognition for her expertise almost completely to her passion for the areas of Marketing and Personality Development and her ability to meld that into the practice of Human Resources. A Post-graduate in Management from IIM – Bangalore, her three decades of experience ranges across industry and academia, starting with NTPC at Delhi back in 1980. Earlier she was VP-HR & Talent Management at SumTotal Systems, the global leader in Learning, Performance and Talent Management Software and Director Dhruva College of Management.
B. Tech (Mechanical) from REC Warangal and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore. He has over 30 years of diverse corporate experience in business functions and geographies. He has been in frontline Sales and Sales Management both in the Engineering and IT field. He was the President and COO of Rocsys Technologies, Global Director Business Leadership at Satyam School of Leadership and Head Multiple Business at Mahindra Satyam. He was responsible for developing a global leadership pipeline and grooming senior leaders in 62 different countries. He was a mentor for several leaders in Satyam as well as an Executive Coach. Currently he is the Director of South State Business School.His area of specialization includes Sales and Marketing Management, HR Consulting and Business Leadership. Abhi was the Past President of the National HRD Network Hyderabad Chapter and is a life member of the Hyderabad Management Association. He was awarded the “Most Distinguished Alumni” of REC Warangal in 2001. He is on the Academic Board of several Engineering and MBA institutes in the country. He is much sought speaker in various public forums including ISB, IIMs and ASCI.
