About The Event

About the Programme :

Look forward. Look forward to changes. Look forward to success and look forward to managing the future. As leaders, we control the destiny of our organizations. How do managers differ from leaders and what does it take to be a global leader. The only bottle neck to growth is lack of leadership pipeline.

What do we look for when grooming and choosing the right leaders? In other words, what are the qualities that go in the making of a leader?

Building a multi-dimensional global workforce is the key to organizational success. How does one create a metrics organization, which utilizes divisional chains of command simultaneously in the same organization? What are the leadership challenges in the current context? And how does one set the stage for leadership to emerge? Can you grow leaders faster than competition?

There is no one right formula to follow. The easiest way is to determine what worked well for others and then figure out how to apply those lessons to our own unique situations.

All these and many more form the crux of the programme. Become the future leader today!
