The big, bold and beautiful annual conference of District 98, Toastmasters International is here! The highlight of Eloquence is the “Semi-Finals” and the “Finals” of the International Speech Contest where the finest orators of District 98 will compete with each other. The winner will progress one step ahead towards the coveted title of the World Championship of Public Speaking.
