He was the Managing Director of Oracle SSI India (1997-2002), a result of an acquisition by Oracle of EWI Business Consulting, which he had founded in 1995. Subsequently he launched the consulting business for Oracle’s On-demand initiative in Europe.Earlier Vibhakar passed-out from IIT-Kanpur in 1977 and was in the pioneering batch of Tata Burroughs delivering consulting services across the globe.
