Program Overview:

Workplace conflict is a time-consuming and costly problem that can have a severe impact on the bottom line. Despite this, many top leaders lack the ability to confront softer issues such as employee relationships in their organisations. Conflict in the workplace is generally the result of serious disagreement over needs or goals, and can result in behaviours such as gossip, avoidance, verbal abuse, passive/aggressive communication, and hostility. This can in turn lead to a drop in productivity, a focus on problems rather than solutions, and a slump in creativity and innovation and result in hostility, stress and wasted resources. Hence, employees need to grow in their understanding of conflict and their skill in dealing with it.

About the Faculty: Ms. Rukmini A.

Rukmini A. is a corporate trainer with 12 years of experience, and has been into training and development, analysis and content design. Her trainings are based on experiential learning with fun which encourages participation and enhances receptiveness. She is committed to use her work-skills to impart “life skills” by guiding, inspiring and facilitating individuals to develop in relation to themselves and their organization. She holds an M.A in Eng. Literature, a PG Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a certified NLP Practitioner, and is a student of Psychology.
