Physiological Pre-Assessment - HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Biofeedback Analysis & Report
A one on one HRVÂ assessment would be done onÂ day 1Â to measure the following using the patented HRV Bio-feedback tool from Institute of HeartMath, USA.
Participants will be informed in advance of their time slot (based on mutual convenience)Â and they canÂ come at the designed time for the HRV assessment.
*This is a one on one session andÂ takes about 30-45 mins for each participant after whichÂ they are free. The main 2-day personal & leadershipÂ effectiveness program starts the next day.
