Program Composition

A) *Pre-Assessment (30-45 min per participant on 1st July):

Physiological Pre-Assessment - HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Biofeedback Analysis & Report

A one on one HRV assessment would be done on day 1 to measure the following using the patented HRV Bio-feedback tool from Institute of HeartMath, USA.

  • Breathing count
  • Breathing pattern
  • Heart rate
  • Brain synchrony
  • Brain coherence

Participants will be informed in advance of their time slot (based on mutual convenience) and they can come at the designed time for the HRV assessment.

*This is a one on one session and takes about 30-45 mins for each participant after which they are free. The main 2-day personal & leadership effectiveness program starts the next day.
