Conceptualised with the aim of redefining and reinvigorating nightlife in India, Baleno Wicked Weekends, continues its journey when it returns to the soul of South India, Chennai on May 27, with the internationally acclaimed progressive house DJ and producer, Sartek and DJ Ajmal in tow. Described as India’s longest party marathon, Baleno Wicked Weekends – a collaboration between Maruti Suzuki - NEXA and ZEE Live – has put on 22 shows so far and looks to feature some of the most exciting independent music talent from India.
Sartek and DJ Ajmal: bringing the best of the best to Chennai
Sartek, has multiple releases on international music labels, including Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings and has consistently produced tracks that have charted on Beatport Top 100 with releases on labels like Cloud9 Music, Guru Records and many more. DJ Ajmal constituted 1/4th of BLaNK, the Championship winners from MTV Ultimate DJ Championships and has been previously ranked the no. 1 Pro DJ act in India, Ajmal has released music on homegrown music label Soupherb Records, Boroque Records, Recovery Tech and many more.
