What is Anchored Arena?
Anchored Arena is a two-day event happening in Mumbai on the 27th and 28th of October, 2018.
The Cruise (Angriya) will be Anchored in the water away from the Domestic Cruise Terminal (Purple Gate)
How to get there?
Make your way to Purple Gate (Domestic Cruise Terminal) near the Ferry Wharf (Mumbai Port Trust)
Once you arrive at the Purple Gate, we request you to keep your Physical Original ID as well as your printed ticket along with you for a speedy check in and verification at the security gate.
Once you reach the Domestic Terminal counter, you will be handed your boarding pass which would give you access to get on to a Ferry which would take you to the the Anchored Arena (Angriya)
Is there a specific time to board the ferry or enter or exit the anchored arena?
There would be a 80 and 100 seater ferry that would help you commute to the Anchored Arena (Angriya).
The frequency of the ferries would be every 30 minutes.
In case of emergency how do I leave the Anchored Arena (Angriya) ?
In case of emergency we would be able to provide a speed boat with the minimum capacity of 4 people and maximum capacity of 10 people for which an addition charge of Rs. 500/- per head would be applicable and would help you commute to the Domestic Cruise Terminal immediately.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Parking is available. Rs. 200/- will be charged for a parking space though.
Is there a Doctor at the Venue / on board?
Yes, There would be a doctors available all around the clock.
Would there be any basic medicines available on the Cruise / Ship?
Yes, we would have a store which would be accessible at all times for basic medicines.
With a General Pass would I be able to visit all the 3 stages?
You would be able to visit or be a part of all 3 stages as per your choice, however you would not have access to the VIP deck and the Rooms.
If I am Pregnant, would I be allowed on board?
No, we would not be able to allow any Pregnant individuals on board as it is a concern to your own safety.
Would we be able to carry our own personal Cameras?
No, you would not be permitted to carry your own Cameras / DSLR cameras to the venue.
Are cigarettes available for purchase at the venue?
Yes, Cigarettes will be sold at the venue. (Specific Brands)
*ENTRY*
• Management reserves the right of admission.
• Entry allowed to individuals 23 years of age and above only.
• Only couple entry allowed. Management reserves the right of admission for stags.
• Print-out of ticket is mandatory for entry into the venue.
• Dress code - smart casuals/party wear.
• Any kind of flammable items, arms, ammunitions, knives, sharp edged objects, etc are strictly prohibited.
• Food and Beverage items from outside are not allowed inside the venue.
• Cigarettes – Only 1 sealed packet would be allowed on board per person.
• Re-entry strictly not allowed.
• Passes are non transferable. Only the ticket holder would be allowed to enter on the designated ticket provided to them (Please carry original valid government proof ID for the same).
*INSIDE THE VENUE*
• Food & beverage will be served only against coupons sold at the cashier counter.
• Management will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings / valuables.
• Any damage to the property of the venue will be recovered from the concerned person.
• Entry to the DJ console area and personal requests to the DJ are strictly prohibited.
• Please inform the management of any suspicious object / people found at the venue.
• Any person causing or intending to cause disturbance / disruption at the venue on the account of rude / violent behavior, use of derogatory / inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts & gestures, racial abuse, non-payment of bills, provoking / indulging in fight will be evicted from the premises or would be handed over to the police.
• Once paid no refund will be entertained.
• Smoking, Eating & Drinking is not permitted in the guest rooms.
• Please note - Smoking is not permitted in the Club / Lounge / Restaurants and would only be permitted in open areas or the decks.
• Any individual found littering any substance off the Ship premises may be evicted and fined a sum of Rs.10,000/-for the same.
• A penalty of Rs. 5000/- would be charged to any individual for Vomiting anywhere in the premises.
*ALCOHOL & DRUGS*
• The management reserves the right to refuse alcohol to guests at any point of time without citing any reason.
• Alcohol is served to persons above 23 years of age who can furnish a valid age proof.
• Consumption / possession of drugs, narcotic substances & other illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises. The management reserves the right to evict any person found doing so.
*TICKETED ENTRY RULES*
• Tickets / Packages once sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred.
• The primary ticket / package holder (name mentioned on it) should be presented along with the ID proof for entry. Failure in producing the same will result in denial of entry to the venue.
• You might be asked to leave the venue without any liability of a refund if there is any behavioral misdemeanor on your part. The final decision rests with the Management and is binding on you.
• If your ticket/bands includes a table, Management does not guarantee specific tables. All tables will be allocated as per Managements discretion.
• Organizers reserve the right of frisk and restrict entry.
• Management does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
• The booking is subject to force majeure conditions.
• Tampering with the tickets / packages / bands will not be tolerated and necessary actions would be taken against anyone found doing so.
