Date: 4th Feb - 2017

Venue: Area56 motorsports Track, Keesara, Hyderabad.

Meeting Point: Meeting Point - ORR Keerasa Exit ( Exit #08 )

Time : 04:00 PM

We will be screening a 3:30 hrs of overlanding movie which is a reality-based series which follows the expedition crew of overlanders and their outfitted vehicles through some of the most remote places in North America.

The open movie screening is done along with "Do it Yourself" barbecue setup. ( Both Veg and Non-veg ). Followed by some yummy dinner and camping.

Barbecue :

On day 2 morning, We will venture into off roading trails. There will be separate trails for hardcore 4x4s and SUVs alike. We will finish the off roading at 12 PM and head back homes.

Accommodation: Twin sharing basis. ( Camping tents with all the cozy comforts )

- 04:30 PM: Reach Area56 Facility 
- 05:00 PM: Tea / Coffee with snacks ( briefing about the event / Facility )
- 06:00 PM: Setting up the campsite ( Tent allocation )
- 07:00 PM: Open movie screening with Barbecue 
- 10:00 PM: Dinner

Sunday: 5th Feb 2017

- 07:00 AM: Wake up
- 08:00 AM: Tea / Coffee with snacks ( briefing about the OTR Trails, And Start Trail 1 )
- 10:00 AM: Breakfast
- 10:30 AM: OTR Trail 2
- 12:00 PM: Closer

Cost : Rs 5000 / Jeep ( 2 persons. Driver + Navigator )
Cost : Rs 2000 / Extra person

1: Entry into Facility.
2: Entry onto the trails.

• Note :
  
  The Chief marshall holds all the authority to deny entry of any vehicle into the trails if found unfit.
  
  Latecomers at the meeting points must find their own way to the venue.
  
  Carry enough fuel in the rigs.
  
  Its spotter's responsibility to navigate/guide the driver.
