About the Speakers:

Sunaina Harjai, Founder of Hats off Accessories

  • Having done a BA Hons in Retail Management from Pearl Academy and Research & Brand Management from London School of Fashion, Sunaina started her brand at the age of 22
  • She has also worked with Salvatore Ferragamo for front-end retail experience
  • Her family has been into shoe business for decades, but mainly exports
  • Starting with small exhibitions to now working with companies like Reliance has all been an organic growth for Hats off 



Sheena Uppal, Founder of Rengé 

  • Armed with over a decade of experience in the fashion industry in London, Delhi and Mumbai, Sheena, an avid animal rights activist and passionate entrepreneur, established Rengé with the ethos of producing luxe, sustainable and ethical wardrobe staples for women
  • She graduated from London College of Fashion before moving to Delhi where she worked in a garment and textile manufacturing unit
  • Having worked at a production line in a factory, she really understands the process, quality control and details that go into creating a garment
  • This is now transferred to Rengé, where each piece uses the finest surplus fabrics to produce clothing women can be proud to wear.



About Hats Off Accessories 

  • Hats Off began manufacturing high-quality leather shoes in 2015
  • They aim to develop an open and loyal relationship, that requires no middle-men and believe in creating something that doesn’t exist
  • So they've done away with traditional retail channels and bring their shoes directly to the customer
  • The brand takes pride in their aesthetic sensibilities and providing affordable or so-called “Smart Luxury”
  • Their USP is traditional brogues for men and women, and they are one of the first in the country to launch a homegrown brand for the same


 About Rengé

  • Rengé started in February 2016 so that all women can access sustainable, luxe, everyday clothing
  • Their mission is to make sure that no matter what they do, they do it ethically, compassionately and sustainably
  • To reduce their carbon footprint, each collection has only limited pieces
