Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace is subject to Power dynamics of gender and position at Workplace. To help the organization with this, there is a need of Prevention, Redressal, Enforcement, Implementation, Regulatory aspect join the 2^nd Edition of Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace 2018 to be held on 31^st August.
