2nd CII National HR Conclave 2011 - Building Next Generation Leaders for India !
As India strives to get its rightful place in the global order, the leadership issue is gaining traction in all segments including those related to thought and moral leadership. CII has been in forefront of spreading the Excellence culture in the Indian Industry and had instituted the National HR Excellence Awards in 2009 with an aim to spread the value of Quality in HR function.
