Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses yogic postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy. By practicing this profound science, one can change and enhance the way they think, feel, and experience life.

Taught as a series of 31 dynamic processes to invigorate the body,and reach peak physical fitness.
Is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing.
Are a set of powerful postures through which one can elevate one’s consciousness and activate energies powerfully.
This program also includes insights on yogic way of understanding food and various related lifestyle aspects.

Morning: 6.00 am to 8.30 am.
a) This program is open to all above 14years of age.
b) Attendance is compulsory for all the sessions.
c) Participants should come in empty stomach condition (Feel free to call for Clarifications).
d) Comfortable clothing.
e) Bring Yoga mat (compulsary) and cushion (if necessary).
