Akshi Yogashala! is a certified Yoga Alliance, USA school spreading the enigma of yoga in Kerala. Offering 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training programme in blend with Ayurvedic practices, we endeavour to enliven every being and spread the attitude of gratitude inculcated by yoga. Traditional forms like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Laughter yoga and Kundalini Yoga are practiced to polish every student.
Meditation, Ayurvedic body cleansing practices and Pranyama are also taught to detoxify the body & tranquilize the mind and soul. Our aim to help our students accomplish their dreams and live a healthy and balanced life. Spreading the word of yoga & Ayurveda in different parts of the world, our mission is to keep up these practices in their crude form. A healthy mind in a healthy body is something we would love to offer to each one of our students.
