The month-long training at Rishikul Yogshala aims to gift you an opening spell for falling in love with the holistic art of Yoga. It’ll prove to be a life-changing experience for you. The training in which you are trained by a group of highly experienced yogis practicing Yoga for years. Being a lover of the purest and the most authentic Yoga, the whole training revolves around the traditional way of teaching sourced from the Pradipika, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the Yoga Upanishads.

Event Highlights:

• Our main focus is on the training of the traditional Yoga styles- Hatha Yoga and the Ashtanga  Yoga.
• Your body shall be prepared for intense Yoga and Meditation practices during the Shat-kriyas session. It also helps you become mentally and physically strong.
• Students are given self-practice sessions on Sundays and Saturdays to practice what you have learned during the training. The session is conducted under the guidance of our esteemed teachers.
• Breath-based training holds a special mention in our program. We lay special attention on Pranayama, Meditation, and Mantra chanting.
