About the Instructor:
GV Rao is a Scrum Trainer, Coach, Consultant and a pioneer in the field of Agile practices for the last 10 years. Ever since agile manifesto appeared in 2001, GV Rao has embraced agile principles and tried to learn how to apply them efficiently in different types of projects. He has ample opportunity to experiment with SCRUM, and other agile practices, as he built and managed a large product development teams during the years 2003-2007, at an innovative US based MNC Software Company, for a Financial Services marketplace, USA.
He has created a number of highly effective Agile and Scrum training programs that focus on practical techniques and practices. GV has been highly successful in helping organizations scale their Scrum initiatives both in size and distributed location. He passionately believes that there is enormous potential to improve business value, collaboration and productivity through a disciplined application of agile methods/frameworks.
Education & Certifications: PSM from Scru.org, CSM from Scrum Alliance, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from PMI, and a PMP from PMI. He earned an M.Tech from Delhi University, and his B.Tech from Nagarjuna University.
