To understand Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and design a Data Warehouse using both; Star and Snowflake Schemas.  Participants should be able to apply Project Management concepts in BI projects.

PRASAD GS CTO - YaraGo Software :

 

Mr. Prasad has over 21 years of robust experience in diverse areas of technology and management.  Prasad worked in a variety of roles of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing in organizations such as  SAIC, Lockheed Martin, US AID, Federal Agencies, Fannie Mae and AT&T.  Prasad lead the Business Intelligence team of technology and delivery experts in delivering integrated business solutions and has been responsible for Architecture, Design and Development.  Prasad has been extensively involved in providing Business Intelligence Training to employees. 

Prasad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India and Master’s degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, USA.

 

D. R. SOMASUNDAR:

 

Mr. Somasundar has 30 years of experience working in BOSCH. While working in Bosch, as Deputy General Manager, he has been extensively involved in implementation of employee development and improvement programs, performance related techniques, continuous improvement process (Kai Zen), failure mode effects analysis for product design, problem solving, decision making technique and human skills. He has travelled extensively to Europe and England as team lead for successful completion of projects in India and also to Asian countries to train personnel on design and service aspects. He customizes his approach and methodology to meet with the organization’s specific needs. His passion in training has helped him to understand the various aspects in providing a good and effective interactive training.

 

Somasundar holds degree in Bachelor’s in Engineering from BMS College of Engineering with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
