Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: 21 & above,Kids to be accompanied.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Reserved seating is only for royal pavillion tickets.
• Tickets are issued subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations of the venue.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors. Guests are required to carry valid photo ID(Voter ID,AADHAR,DrivingLicense,PAN card).
• Please keep your wrist-band on at all times. In case wristbands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
• Anybody found to be wearing a wristband that has been evidently tampered with will be refused entry and people without wrist band will immediately be sent out from the venue.
• Beware of counterfeit tickets / wrist-bands.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• We have the right to search anybody as a condition of entry to our event.
• Free Valet Parking available. Kind cooperation from the guests is appreciated at the time of pick up and handover.A minimum of 15mins time will be taken for pickup or handover subject to the driver availabilities.
• Those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices, bottles, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• Thesponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur during or at the Festival.
• No pets are permitted on site.
• Strobe lighting at this event may trigger epileptic fits. Those with a history of epilepsy or any health condition that would be of concern must take adequate precautions.
• No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
• You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from the organizers
• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of yours.
• Management reserves the right to hold entry to certain areas within the festival to ensure a safe festival experience.
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• Breach of any of these terms and conditions or the Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the management of the event to eject you from the venue.
• unlimited alcohol is subjected to availability or will not be served post 11: 30 pm.
• Management will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings/valuables.
• Any damage to the property of the night club/hotel/convention will be recovered from the concerned person.
• Entry to the DJ console area and personal requests to the DJ are strictly prohibited.
• For Students valid ID card is mandatory.
• Government Id Proof is mandatory at the entry.
• Only Sealed Cigarette packs are allowed.
• Food and beverage items from outside are not allowed inside the venue.
• Any person causing or intending to cause disturbance / disruption in the venue on the account of rude/violent behavior, use of derogatory/inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts & gestures, racial abuse, non-payment of bills, provoking/indulging in fight will be evicted from the venue premises & would be handed over to the police without any notice.
• Organizers reserves the right to change the Artists , performances, Food, Liquor & Beverages brands based on the availability and/or any unforeseen circumstances.
