P. Seenivasan PMP, PgMP, PfMP is the Director of Proventures and has more than 30 years of experience in the domains of Project Management, Process Quality and Software development. His educational background encompasses a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras followed by a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is a certified Project, Program and Portfolio Management Professional by PMI, USA. He is also a certified lead assessor in the ISO 9000 Quality Management System from BSI, London and is a trained Appraisal Team Member (ATM) in SCAMPI–CMMI Appraisal. He holds the distinction of steering an ISO 9001 and a CMMI level-5 implementation project from the grass root level up to completion.
PS was one of the founder directors of PMI Pearl City Chapter, Hyderabad and served the chapter during 2001 – 2006. As part of this chapter he handled extensive development activities within the Project Management community. This included two National and International conferences, a student competency development program, volunteering for the OPM3 Project as well as a number of PMBOK workshops and Professional Development seminars. In his IT Career he has been involved in the development of Projects package in Baan ERP suit and leading PMO within the Baan India Development Unit.
Currently as part of Proventures, he handles workshops focused on Portfolio and Project Management concepts, applications and tools. As a consultant, he helps companies adapt to the various Tools and Methodologies aligning to the Project Management culture as well as conducting Gap Analysis and establishing Project Management processes.
K.S.R.Gopal, PMP is a Management Trainer and Consultant having more than 40 years of Experience in the Fields of Project Management and General Management in the Fertilizer, Fine Chemicals, Heavy Chemicals, Bulk Drugs, Agro Products, Food Processing and IT related Industries. He has held Director cum CEO positions since his 41st year.
K.S.R.Gopal has Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI, USA. He was trained in Project Management in BASF Germany to manage international projects efficiently.
He shares his Knowledge and Experience in the fields of Project Management, Leadership and Motivation. He has trained more than 6000 professionals in the last 12 years.
He is one of the Principal faculty for Proventures Education since 2006 having handled more than 120 programs in Project Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Management, Leadership and Project Portfolio.
