A pilot workshop for afforestation through seed-balling
To develop 10000 acres of pristine natural forest cover.
Mother nature is the survivor of entire human race. We human beings exploit her the most and do bare minimum in return. Consider this as small token of gratitude for mother nature. Forests most importantly form the lungs for the surrounding areas.
Mr. Manjunath of the Vanadevathe Trust is conducting this seedball technique workshop along with Wruksha World Foundation.
World Wruksha Foundation is a eco initiative that strives towards creating a better tomorrow for our society by working for the rejuvenation of Mother Earth.
Seeds balls are an ancient technique for propagating plants from seeds without opening up soil with cultivation tools such as a plow. These Seedballs made from forest seeds help in regaining natural forestry.
A bunch of passionate participants make seed balls and braodcast them into the forest.
