Target Audience

This workshop is suitable to all procurement professionals who handle vendors, inventory, operations, quality, warehouse, transport department, etc.

Product quality is a direct result of the production workforce and suppliers. Buying organization can no longer afford to maintain large supplier base. There is a clear shift from one time operational relationship to a long term strategic relationship. This course is designed so that participants get insight on the strategic aspects of buyer-supplier relationship.

  • How to do audit of various functions of vendor’s organization?
  • Pre-negotiation check-list while dealing with the vendors
  • How to handle negotiations with vendors?
