Our clients are CxOs and other high level R&D, IT, business development and marketing executives in various industry leading User Experience companies who specialize in mobile technology, automotive & wearables, just to mention a few. In this role You are a natural talent in listening, You will be able to recognize opportunities and provide creative solutions for their business problems.
Along with establishing and maintaining client relationships, You will also work in selected client projects as consultant in Your area of expertise (e.g. digital transformation, digital business, change management or UX).
Ideally, You have strong experience in selling consulting and professional services, and You are passionate about digital services and awesome design.
Will be leading a team of resources, by mentoring & guiding them in terms of best practices, coding standards etc. A problem solver, help team getting out from road blockers / critical or complex issues / challenges. Designing and reviewing the code implemented by team. Providing consulting services for the clients about requirements & functionalities.
Conceptualizing the response to RFIs and RFPs including Value proposition, solution architecture, engagement & pricing models, terms & conditions. Establishing all lifecycle processes involved in creating and managing top quality proposals. Co-ordinate with all parties like sales, clients, delivery teams, technology teams, legal etc. Lead proposal defense activities.
