About The Event

Description

SHARAN INCORPORATION pays tribute to the musical giants.

Burman dada as he was fondly called was one of the greatest music composer of our country who gave freshness to every song he composed during his days. Burman dada's compositions added life to stories, meaning to melodies and made every common man visualize and feel the effects of his songs without watching them on screen. With 35 years, 88 movies and 450+songs… his reputation as a composer for the masses never diminished. The older he got, the better his music, like Old Wine. A great composer  with a brilliant knowledge in music, his never - say - die attitude even put him in direct competition with his equally brilliant son -

RD.Burman and at a time when his son was riding the crest of fame with films like Teesri Manzil, Burman dada matched him end to end with Aradhana. Just imagine, a grand old man at 63, composing  vibrant, sensual and youthful songs like “mere sapnon ki rani”,“roop tera mastana”... well, his heart always remined young.

Panchamda as he was known to all, brought a new chapter of music composing style to hindi cinema, and his variety of songs ensured that we cried, laughed, danced and swayed to each of them relating to the situation-including our own situation in real life. Panchamda earned his reputation as a talented musician at a very young age. Panchamda's love for music turned out to be come of the biggest ever hits in India, specially from films like Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Jawani Diwani, Caravan, Yaadon Ki Baarat, Hum Kisise Kum Nahi and so on.

Panchamda was not just known for his peppy tracks but considering his works in films like Kati Patang, Amar Prem, Aandhi etc, You cannot rule out the fact that the composer is a genius in making melodies as well.
