PMI Chennai Chapter presents "Harnessing People power for Project Success"



Dear Chennai Chapter Members,


We are excited to bring you the Fourth Edition of the Annual Project Management Conference. The Conference theme Harnessing People power for Project Success”.



The details are as follows: 


Conference Format: One Day Conference


Venue - “The Hilton”, Guindy.


Early Bird Offers:


This includes a discount from the base conference fees.

        -- This will be applicable till or until the first 100 Conference Registrations are filled up.


Important Points to Remember:


 - Members and credential holders should provide membership number at the time of registering.

 - You will receive an e-mail confirmation from MeraEvents upon completing the registration process.

 - In case of a group registration, the primary attendee will receive an e-mail confirmation.

 - Please display the confirmation email via phone /print out to complete the registration formalities at the venue.

 - The delegate fees are inclusive of Payment Gateway Charges, and Service Tax



Conference Terms and Conditions


 1. Communication Address:

 2. Payment - Online:

Online Payment Modes are as offered by the Ticketing Partner for the conference --> MeraEvents


3. Bulk Corporate booking Payments (Offline):

Payment for the group registration should be made on a single Cheque/Online Transfer. The payment should be in favour of "Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter".


4. Group / Corporate Discount:


 - Group registration can be done via online or offline.

 - Offline registrations are NOT eligible for Early Bird offer

 - Group discount is NOT applicable for registrations under "Academia / Students / Government Employees / NGO" category

 - Groups with Mix and Match (Members and Non-Members) can contact registration@pmi-chennai.org for clarifications on the registration process

 - Delegates can register online using any of below type

         - Members - Small Group (6-10)

         - Members - Large Group (11 and Above)

         - Non Members - Small Group (6 - 10)

         - Non Members - Large Group (11 and Above)


 5. Early Bird Offer:


Offline registrations are NOT eligible for early bird


6. Cancellation Policy:


 - No cancellation is allowed for any category of registration

 - In case registered delegate is not able to attend the conference, the delegate can transfer the registration to another delegate

 - All the transfer has to be informed to PMI Chennai chapter, by Mail - registration@pmi-chennai.org , as it would be verified by Registration team

 - The transferred candidate should bring the Original mail confirmation received, along with the approval mail from Registration team

 - PMI Chennai Chapter will NOT update the invoice once generated
