About The Event

The Sports Management Centre’s  Corporate Cricket League is open for individuals and corporate.
 

Site: Sports Management Centre, PJR Stadium, Chanda Nagar. (for directions please look for map at www.SportsManagementCentre.org)
 

Match times: The tournament takes  place during the Last weekend (July 26 to 27). Matches are held from 7:00 AM - 7:00 pm. Players must be available during these times.

 

Draw: Depends on the number of entries/teams received, minimum of 8 entries/teams.
 

Eligibility: A player is eligible to compete in an age division until the first day of the month of his/her birthday. 

 

 

Format / Rules and Regulations:

 

1. Two Teams – each consisting of 6 Players.

 

2. Maximum 5 overs- each over contain 6 balls. (eight-ball over in the final match)

 

3. One over for each member of the team (excluding Wicket Keeper)

 

4. Wides and no-balls count as two runs 5. If five wickets fall before

 

5. Overs are completed, the last remaining batsman bats on with the fifth batsman acting as a runner. He always takes strike. The innings is complete when the sixth wicket falls.

 

6. Umpires decision is final

 

7. Teams to report 30 minutes prior the match scheduled or else walkover will be given to the opponent.

Trophies for winners and finalists, certificates to all the participants.

Player’s Agreement:

  2. I/We am/are in good health and has permission to participate in Sports Management Centre’s Super Sixes Cricket League.
  3. I/We waive and release any and all rights and claims against Sports Management Centre, and /or their employees for any injury or loss suffered while taking part in this program. Entry fees from this tournament support many of our Charities and free youth sports and computer programs.
