Business owners have to contend with growing competition and lower prices on one hand and higher input costs and poor quality supply chain on the other. With lowering margins they have to re-evaluate their philosophy, strategy and way of working. Especially they have to relook at Managing self and Organization Building methodologies.

Entrepreneurs / Business Owners may have following strengths and confusions.

Notes: Program is available both on residential & non-residential basis. Pre 9:00 am and post 6:00 pm activities are meant only for resident participants. It is highly recommended that participants stay overnight to get the full benefit of the program.

Fees:  Rs 6400 / per participant plus service tax. The fee includes course fee, stationery, tea / snacks and lunch. Stay costs Rs 2000 / extra on a twin sharing basis.

Facilitators

  • M R Shantaram is a Management Graduate from JNTU with over 25 years experience in HR Consulting. He is the owner manager for Intercon International , which assists clients with talent acquisition, training and mentoring.

He has designed and delivered training programs for Government, PSU and Private sector. Some of the organisations, he has conducted training for, are: Calcutta Police, HMT, BHEL, ECIL, NMDC, Dr Reddys labs, Harsco Corporation, Incessant Technologies, Alpla India. He has mentored many entrepreneurs. 

  • Kiran Biligri Entrepreneur and CEO of the Biligiri group (Moksh Banquets and Utsav Restaurant) is a Hotel Management graduate who has not only successfully grown his own business, but also made leaders out of those who have been with him. A Round Tabler, Rotarian and a BNI member, he is known for his outstanding ability to energize and educate people to become better at their business.
