About LEAN SIX - SIGMA :

Lean Six Sigma is a set of Techniques and Tools for Process Improvement in any Business. Lean Six Sigma Project Follow,Two Project Methodolgies Inspired by DEMING'S Plan - Do - Check - Act Cycle (PDCA Cycle).
