T’ai Chi is an internal martial art and health exercise based on the ancient Chinese Tao Philosophy. While maintaining overall fitness and mental calm, it is also a unique system of self-defense. Multi-medals winner, Sensei Sandeep Desai, is the first Indian to be officially authorized by Master Zhu Tian Cai to teach traditional Chen Style T’ai Chi. At this seminar, he will share with students Joint Loosening Movements, Spinal Stretches, Positive and Negative Circles, and the T’ai Chi form Yulu.
