About The Event

Overview : "Leading in a VUCA World" helps participants learn the skills, behaviors and best practices to improve their leadership effectiveness in times of rapid change, unpredictable outcomes, intricate marketplace dynamics and fuzzy intelligence. 

"Leading in a VUCA World" is targeted at strategic-level leaders in all organizational roles. Its intent is to enhance leaders competencies to build an environment that enables people to deal effectively with rapid change, technological and market turbulence, and stimulate people to be at their creative best in managing the discontinuous demands for innovation, anticipation and flexibility. 

Participants will be introduced to models and tools to:

  • Learn proven models and tools to cut through the myths and misconceptions that often surround concepts such as "change", "creativity" and "innovation"

Mr. Zeisler will draw on examples from his twenty years of consulting in leadership, change and innovation with companies and government institutions around the world as well as from lessons learned at the War College to make "Leading in a VUCA World" a significant learning event for everyone.
