The Milky Way Galactic Core Season is possibly the best time to experience a sky full of clusters and active galactic band . We hope to have a look at the galactic core and also capture it. Enjoy Starry Night with viewing multiple planets through a telescope and also capture few of them. Get involved in Interactive Astronomy Session. Gaze the sky and learn Astronomy basics to get started. Amateur Astronomers can also learn about Deep Sky objects and much more.
SESSION INFO:
Event Date: 3rd June 2017, Saturday.
Meet Point: Co-ordinates will be provided upon registration.
Event Location will also be announced after completion of registration formalities.
Meet Time: 21:30 Hrs, complete all the formalities and start off in half an hour.
Distance: Single Side: 100-120km. The Event Location is one of the Darkest places close to Us and Best in Terms of Night Sky Visibility.
ITINERARY:
Reach Destination and Set Up Camp and Start off with the specially designed Interactive Astronomy Session, Astrophotography, Star Lore and Advanced Discussion.
Event Charges: INR 1800/head (Inclusive of Tent, Transport, Snacks & Session charges)
Recommendations:
1)Amateur Telescope(Observation), DSLR and Tripod (Astrophotography) along with Lenses, Intervalometer or Remote. (We have our equipment and can work with them as well, get the above only if you have them)
2)Shoes and Warm Clothes are recommended
3)Personal medications if any.
4)Enough Rest prior to Field Trip.
