Special Acts

Kamal Trilok Singh

Dhruv Deshpande

Navin Noronha

Navin Norohna is an amply likable guy who tries very hard to be a badass. To live by his motto of 'Live Fast, Die Poor', Navin has taken up writing as a profession. He also does stand-up because it fits so well into the underpaid artist routine. He is pretty good at it though, so if you find yourself cracking up, it may not be entirely incidental. Being a Bombay boy, Navin's material covers wide ground from liberalism and pigeons to evil bosses and Jesus. And did we mention that he is an engineer by qualification? Well, who isn't?

Kamal Trilok Singh

Kamal Trilok Singh is a filter-less, politically incorrect comic. His wife describes him as a 'Punjabi Dyslexic Pigeon.' Observational, topical and often satirical, KTS is always trying hard to find where to draw the line and is often spotted peeing over the line when he finds it. His scathing, if not passionate, point of view is a unique combination of self deprecation, and blatant rhetoric on social change, societal double standards and political hypocrisy.

Dhruv Deshpande

Dhruv Deshpande is a 22-year-old man who wants make a living out of being funny. Call it utopian or plain lazy, he may actually be getting there. Between Comedy Central TV shows and Buzzfeed features, Dhruv is somewhat of a celebrity. But living in Thane imposes a healthy dose of modesty on him. Performing stand-up for over two years now, Dhruv's talent (if we can call it that) has been widely recognized and he has performed at all major venues and the biggest comedy festivals. His material ranges from break-ups to Shakespeare and his uncombed hair is his back-up, in case the jokes don't sink in. He has also written for radio shows, corporate events and IIFA Awards because money is a necessary evil. Having just finished his last year of studies, Dhruv has already given up on education, he is smart that way, you will see...
