About The Event

About the workshop:
The Software Engineering lifecycle has undergone a metamorphosis with the incorporation of the Business Analysis as an important component, in the recent years. The skills required to move the project from a state of uncertainty to a clearly defined and agreed upon set of requirements should never be underestimated as excellence in business requirements can have big impact on time, budget, and overall project success rates.

The workshop aims to provide the participants with a deep dive approach to the key topics connected with business analysis. The tools and techniques for business analysis are instilled through hands on sessions.

Suresh Thiagarajan, with  BE from NIT Trichy, is Service Architect in Start Run Training Academy & had been with HAL, ISRO, Delphi Corporation, Infineon Technologies, iGATE

Balasubba Raman Guruswamy, with ME from NIT Trichy, was Principal Business Analyst in Merit Systems and had worked in ABB, Mphasis, PSI Data Systems. He is currently teaching in Kathir College of Engineering, Coimbatore.
