About the Coach
Vijay Kharade, Innovation Coach & Consultant, entrepreneur, has developed first of its kind comprehensive framework to manage innovation. This can be applied in corporate situation as well as in start-up environment.
He has more than 20 years of experience and worked with Wipro for almost 16 years in roles where he headed large Delivery teams for most of his time. In his most recent role as Head- External Innovation, he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and incubating innovative technology startups. He has dealt with over 300 such startups in close to 3 years.
