About the workshop

Microsoft Project (MS Project or MSP) is most widely used tool for project scheduling and tracking across industries. However due to lack of proper training and knowledge about the capabilities of MS Project, only a small proportion of Project Management community use MS Project to its full extend. This workshop is designed for current and future project managers using or intend to use Microsoft Project 2010 for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the projects. Post this workshop, participants will get required understanding to start scheduling for their project.
