About the workshop

Microsoft Project is most widely used tool for project scheduling and tracking across industries. However due to lack of proper training and knowledge about the capabilities of Microsoft Project, only a small proportion of Project Management community use MS Project to its full extend. This workshop is designed for current and future project managers using or intend to use Microsoft Project 2007 or 2010 for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the projects. The workshop will coverer Project 2007 and all new features introduced in Project 2010. Post this workshop, participants will be able to work freely on either of the version 2007 or 2010 of Microsoft Project.

Trainer
