About The Event

This is a series of 4 workshops especially for this Valentines Weekend. So read on for a fun and creative way to spend this Valentines weekend, either alone or with a loved one!

You can join any one of the classes and each module is Rs500 or book all 4 for Rs1700.

Each class will include pranayama (breath work), asana, kriya, relaxation and a meditation.

Yoga to Open Your Heart with Love and Acceptance
Saturday 15th February 11am -1.00pm
This workshop will focus on balancing the fourth chakra - the heart center. When the heart center is weak you can be afraid to open your heart to others. When our heart chakra is balanced we receive and give love easily, effortlessly and in a healthy and balanced way. Come and open your heart and allow love and friendship flows abundantly into your lives.

Express the Heart with Art
Saturday 15th February 3pm -5.00pm
The energy of the heart centre is naturally expansive and unconditional. The heart knows long before the head - learn to listen to your heart. Allow it to lead and direct the flow of your life. After beautiful Heart opening yoga and meditation we will explore our creativity with painting and expression. This session is suitable for absolutely anybody. No previous experience with meditation or painting required

Partner Yoga Workshop
Sunday 16th February 11am-1.00pm
Experience the joy of experience giving and receiving loving support. We'll breathe together and practice a loving community meditation. Come along with a friend or a family member or your sweetheart to share in the joy of partner yoga. This workshop is suitable for all levels, even those with limited or no yoga experience. We'll practice yoga poses that will help you connect with the support of another in this fun and lighthearted workshop!

Meditate and Create – A Yoga Writing Workshop
Sunday 16th February 3pm-5.00pm
Come prepared for a spacious afternoon of some light and creative yoga, guided meditations and writing intervals, in a safe space where you can take quiet creative risks and discover the hidden potential of your inner self. No previous writing or yoga experience is necessary: simply bring a notebook, a pen, an open mind, a willing bod and a poem (yours or published) to be shared during our practice.
